1-3-2-6 Betting System

The 1-3-2-6 betting system is a very simple system – easy to remember, easy to apply – where the player can keep track of the betting units and cycles without a problem. It’s commonly used in Baccarat or Roulette games for even bets (bets that pay 1:1), as well as blackjack.
The entire system is right there in the title: the player doubles his betting unit by these numbers according to this order. When winning, the player continues to the next number, until the cycle is complete. At any time a bet looses, the player cuts the cycles and returns to step one.
Like most betting systems, the 1-3-2-6 betting system is suitable for a short run play, and not for the long run. Since the system keeps a relatively low max bet (in comparison to more aggressive progressive betting systems like the Fibonacci), there shouldn’t be too much of a problem when it comes to table limits.
How it Works
First the player picks a betting unit, to stick with throughout the session. For example, a unit of $2.
1) The player bets 1 unit on the first bet ($2 in the example).
2) If the first bet wins, the player places 3 units on the next bet ($6).
3) If the second bet wins, the next bet is 2 units ($4).
4) If the third bet wins, the next bet is 6 units ($12). If this bet also wins, the players starts a new cycle of 1-3-2-6.
5) If the player looses any of the bets, he goes back to the step one and bets 1 unit.
