Money Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate the partnership with and refuse payment to affiliate partners or other found to have taken part in the transmission of any form of Spam.

Affiliate Partners must ensure the following:
- Mailing of unsolicited emails is prohibited.
- Emails distributed must include an unsubscribe option at the bottom of the message.
- Use of address-harvesting software is prohibited.
